Flavours of Latin America Festival

It's back! Join us to celebrate the El dia de los muertos...The day of the dead!

It’s back! The Flavours of Latin America festival will return Saturday 4th November 2017 for an even bigger celebration of family, friends, food, wine, music and dance!

The event, now in its third year, celebrates Latin American festival "El Dia de Los Muertos" - translated as The Day of the Dead.

Those who have attended this event previously will be delighted with the new format - longer, louder, bigger and better. Bring together your friends and family for 9 hours of festivities, including:

+   traditional Day of the Dead face painting
+   live music from Australia’s premier afro-latin 8-piece band Chukale
+   a live Mariachi show
+   dance performances and entertainment from Movimiento, Scimitar Moon, Nomadic, Vertigals and more

There’ll be delicious South American-inspired food, imported Argentinian and Chilean wines, and a dedicated cocktail bar.

This is one of our most popular - and most colourful - festivals, and sells out every year. Be sure to secure your entry ticket to avoid disappointment.

Entry is $40 per person
Saturday 4 November, 3pm until midnight

Purchase entry tickets at Townsville Tickets.
(Ticket sales go live at 5pm, Tuesday 26 September.)
