Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests
- Greet and service guests
- Understand our menu to respond to diner queries and offer recommendations

Skills required:
- Minimum 2 years’ hospitality experience in a restaurant
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to multi-task and cope with fast-paced, high-pressure service situations

Bartender

- Permanent part-time

Are you a polished and professional bartender? Do you have the personality, passion and perseverance to thrive in this role? Can you handle a fast-paced work environment? If yes, we want you!

Responsibilities:
- Create classic cocktails and innovative drinks
- Support the Restaurant Manager to provide an exemplary atmosphere for our guests
- Interact with customers and deliver a top-notch customer experience
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Comply with food and beverage regulations
- Operate cash register and ordering information system

Skills required:
- Minimum 2 years’ bartending experience
- Current RSA
- Australian work rights
- Excellent presentation and knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks and cocktails and an ability to adapt to customers’ preferences
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Experience as a barista an advantage
- Ability to adapt between bar service and wait service
- A positive, polite demeanour, punctual and reliable
- Professionalism, confident communication skills, and fluency in English language
- Evening and weekend availability essential
